This will help ensure we have the proper parts on the truck, which could avoid a second call after the initial diagnostic appointment.
If you did not purchase the unit from us, we may not have the proper repair parts in stock. The initial call for service would be for diagnostic purposes with a likely follow up. We make every effort to solve the problem in one call.
